- Senior Product Manager focusing on search ranking, relevance and recommenders to connect buyers with sellers on AutoScout24
- Define and articulate product strategy, roadmap and success criteria
- Understand buyer needs via extensive data analysis and qualitative research
- Identify and prioritise impactful opportunities for ML models, personalisation and relevance features
- Derive clear and pragmatic solutions together with the team
- Analyse data to understand team impact and marketplace traffic flow
- Manage highly engaged technical and commercial stakeholders across the organisation
Requirements
- 5+ years of building products that users love by following modern product management best practices
- 5+ years of leading cross-functional product teams working on sophisticated engineering systems
- Strong foundation in math and statistics; experience (5+ years) with machine learning models is beneficial
- Deep analytical and data storytelling skills
- Ability to communicate persuasively and simplify complex technical details for less technical stakeholders and leadership
