• Defining and leading the global partner strategy, including segment prioritization, ecosystem design, and long-term growth roadmap aligned to company objectives
• Owning the end-to-end partner ecosystem P&L contribution, including sourced and influenced revenue, pipeline generation, and partner-led expansion
• Scaling and leading a high-performing global organization, including regional and functional leaders across partner programs, strategy, experience, incentives, and planning
• Establishing executive-level relationships with strategic partners, driving joint business planning, co-innovation, and long-term value creation

• Lead technical strategy and execution on high-priority ITSM and APA opportunities sourced and co-sold through GSI and regional SI/VAR partners
• Serve as the definitive Automation Anywhere technical authority in partner-led customer engagements
• Co-develop tailored solution architectures that integrate Automation Anywhere's APA platform with other platforms
• Design and lead compelling POCs and technical workshops that accelerate partner deal cycles
• Provide competitive technical advocacy in deals
• Coach and mentor partner SEs on deal strategy, solution design, and demo best practices
• Build and contribute to partner-ready solution assets
• Engage C-suite and senior IT leadership at customer organizations

Partner Solutions Engineer

Events

• Driving execution of key initiatives for America’s field marketing strategy and delivering measurable impact
• Supporting local pipeline generation needs of the regional sales team, inclusive of strategic accounts
• Understanding the local sales go-to-market motion to execute marketing plan aligned to the sales and marketing priorities and pipeline targets
• Owning end-to-end execution of assigned field marketing events by building a strong pre, during and post-event framework to drive success
• Working closely with sales leaders and AEs to ensure alignment and successful execution
• Managing and optimizing marketing investments, inclusive of serving as the NAMER subject matter expert on the procurement process (onboarding suppliers, purchase order creation, etc)
• Tracking campaign results to drive pipeline generation and pipeline conversion
• Reporting & Lead Management: Working with BizOps for account mapping based on audience segmentation and outreach strategy
• Building lead scoring framework to distinguish and align stakeholders between hot, warm and cold leads
• Coordinating with MarOps for SFDC campaign code creation
• Consolidating leads and submit into MarOps for SFDC loading
• Creating SalesLoft cadences (or other sales templates) to help sales and SDRs promote event registration, customer meetings and support lead follow-up
