Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- US CPA (highly preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Big 4 audit/advisory experience (preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two areas: Revenue recognition (ASC 606), Stock-based compensation (ASC 718), Business combinations and goodwill accounting (ASC 805)
- Capital markets experience (IPOs, equity offerings, or SEC reporting) — preferred
- Technology/SaaS industry background — preferred but not required
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems
