About the role
- Promote product adoption: Encourage repair shops to adopt AUTODOC PRO
- Relationship management: Act as the preferred partner for workshop owners
- Problem solving: Proactively identify customer needs
- Customer feedback: Collect feedback to improve the platform
- CRM reporting: Document all interactions in the CRM system
- Customer visits and engagement: Conduct daily visits to customers in the region
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in direct sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage
- Fluent German language skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, including proactively contacting customers
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Class B driving license (or equivalent)
- Company car (private use allowed)
- Fuel card
- Company mobile phone
- Support from a dynamic team
- 30 days annual leave + 1 birthday day off
