Recruit entrepreneurs to participate in masterclasses and other business events to feed our sales funnel
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to actively contribute strategic ideas for the international growth of Marktlink and Marktlink Exit Ready
Assist entrepreneurs in planning their futures and provide guidance during the final stages of their entrepreneurial journey
Commit to continuous improvement and personal development, and accurately document conversations and activities
Demonstrate self-reliance, take full ownership, and hold yourself accountable for achieving results
Requirements
Proven track record working with entrepreneurs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold meaningful conversations with business owners
Fluent in the local market language and possess a strong professional network/background in the country
Available to work 3–5 days per week
Proactive self-starter able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
