Business Development Rep

• Proactively initiate phone contact with entrepreneurs and engage them in meaningful conversations about business growth and preparing their businesses for sale
• Recruit entrepreneurs to participate in masterclasses and other business events to feed our sales funnel
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to actively contribute strategic ideas for the international growth of Marktlink and Marktlink Exit Ready
• Assist entrepreneurs in planning their futures and provide guidance during the final stages of their entrepreneurial journey
• Commit to continuous improvement and personal development, and accurately document conversations and activities
• Demonstrate self-reliance, take full ownership, and hold yourself accountable for achieving results
