Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills, leadership experience, and a solid sense for professional customer management.
Solid knowledge in market analysis and familiarity with relevant commercial metrics and KPIs.
Proven practical experience in reporting, budget planning, and financial management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills – German at C2 level; English business-fluent (negotiation-level), both written and spoken.
High willingness to travel within Germany.
