Business Developer – Field-Based

Compliance

• Coordination, monitoring and optimization of all Import and Export customs procedures in Germany and Poland
• Support on implementation and monitoring of customs clearance processes for all EFTA and UK markets
• Collaborate with the Product Managers on the implementation and optimization of Customs Declaration software, ensuring customs requirements are accurately reflected in system design.
• Seek automation opportunities and leverage technologies via customs declaration self-filling project implementation
• Acting as a contact person for future customs audits and all relevant audits concerning Customs simplifications and Licenses
• Collaborate with business units to proactively identify compliance issues and comply with regulatory obligations
• Ensuring compliance with customs and export law
• Preparation of customs and export-specific documentation (process descriptions, etc.) and implementation in practice
• Acting as a central point of contact for all specialist departments and external service providers in the area of customs

• Verwaltung von Produktrückgaben, indem Ersatzteile entgegengenommen und der Prozess effizient organisiert wird
• Ansprechpartner für Werkstätten sein, wenn diese Unterstützung benötigen und bei Bedarf mit unserem Kontaktcenter zusammenarbeiten
• Werkstätten über neue Funktionen, Produkte und Werbeaktionen informieren
• Protokollierung wichtiger Details nach jedem Besuch in unserem System zur Perfektionierung des Kundensupports

• Assess and improve processes in finance, procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations
• Independently execute end-to-end internal audits focusing on O2C, P2P, and Inventory per annual audit plan
• Evaluate effectiveness of controls and compliance across warehousing, logistics, procurement, and fulfillment
• Prepare and present clear, actionable audit reports to senior stakeholders with root causes and recommendations
• Follow up on implementation of audit findings, validate remediation through re-testing and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to enhance cross-functional alignment on risk and control issues
• Use data analytics and systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, WMS) to identify anomalies and derive risk-based insights
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit practices and shape the risk-based audit plan
