  • Help us to develop our Customer Experience by providing excellent customer service in voice and writing.
  • Guide our customers to make the right order decisions and clarify status on orders NOT do outbound.

Requirements

  • Your level of Italian B2 - C1
  • You enjoy interacting with people
  • You are a team player and your team can rely on you
  • You have strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • You aspire to leave every customer satisfied.
