About the role
- Support and enhance our Customer Experience by delivering excellent customer service via phone and written channels.
- Guide customers to make the right ordering decisions and provide clear updates on order status.
- No outbound calls — we only handle inbound services.
- We have well-established processes and reliable systems. Templates and guidelines are available for everything, so you will always know what to do or have someone nearby who does.
Requirements
- Native-level written and spoken German
- Strong verbal and written communication skills — you enjoy interacting with customers and collaborating with teams
- A dependable team player who is committed to customer satisfaction
- Experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus
