About the role
- Act as a central strategic resource to support the Business Unit leadership team
- Identify new markets and analyze trends
- Develop go-to-market strategies
- Target and acquire relevant decision-makers
- Support the development and implementation of growth initiatives
- Conduct market and customer analyses
- Assess opportunities in new customer segments and industries
- Prepare and analyze business cases for strategic projects
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies and regulatory developments
Requirements
- Degree in (industrial) engineering, logistics, business administration or a related field
- Professional experience in sales, business development, product management or strategy
- Experience in the European manufacturing market and ideally in the logistics sector
- Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset and structured way of working
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
