Empower both new and existing Loan Consultants (LCs) with the tools, playbooks, and insights they need to connect with customers, simplify the refinance process, and close deals.
Oversee and lead interviewing, onboarding, and training for our Day 1 – 30 Loan Consultants.
Develop, update, and deliver new hire training materials.
Monitor day-to-day performance, create and follow up on objectives, and serve as a resource for LC new hires during initial training.
Develop and create materials to aid in their growth and success.
Facilitate and continually refine onboarding and ongoing training programs to ramp new hires quickly.
Develop high-impact sales content (playbooks, talk tracks, borrower education materials, and digital resources).
Define and report on enablement KPIs for new hire LCs such as rep productivity, training impact, and application-to-funding conversion.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition department for full lifecycle LC recruitment.
Facilitate lead distribution for new hires in the training program.
Provide training and on-the-job coaching to Loan Consultants.
Partner with sales leadership, operations, and product teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve conversion, speed, and customer experience.
Escalate information security and risk management concerns to senior management team.
Support executive management in ongoing initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
3+ years of experience developing and facilitating training in a virtual and/or classroom environment.
3+ years of experience in Learning and Development and/or adult learning
3+ years in sales enablement, lending operations, or auto refinance sales, ideally in a fintech or growth-stage environment.
3+ years of experience in a B2C or Call Center sales role
Exceptional communication skills; you will be clear, concise, and engaging.
Experience creating and iterating on training materials, work experience in instructional design is preferred.
Proven success leading enablement programs that drive measurable business impact.
Able to translate business problems into scalable processes, training, and measurable outcomes.
Can transform desired outcomes into actionable programs that align people, processes, and tools.
Proficiency with CRM systems and enablement tools; experience integrating data insights into sales coaching.
Deep understanding of auto lending and refinance processes, from lead generation to funding, along with knowledge of ancillary product sales.
Ability to translate complex lending concepts into clear, customer-centered messaging.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to measure enablement impact.
Passionate about improving both sales performance and borrower experience.
Strong organization and time management skills amid newly identified obstacles or a sudden change in priorities
Willingness to work varying days/hours to ensure Loan Consultant shift coverage
