• Empower both new and existing Loan Consultants (LCs) with the tools, playbooks, and insights they need to connect with customers, simplify the refinance process, and close deals.
• Oversee and lead interviewing, onboarding, and training for our Day 1 – 30 Loan Consultants.
• Develop, update, and deliver new hire training materials.
• Monitor day-to-day performance, create and follow up on objectives, and serve as a resource for LC new hires during initial training.
• Develop and create materials to aid in their growth and success.
• Facilitate and continually refine onboarding and ongoing training programs to ramp new hires quickly.
• Develop high-impact sales content (playbooks, talk tracks, borrower education materials, and digital resources).
• Define and report on enablement KPIs for new hire LCs such as rep productivity, training impact, and application-to-funding conversion.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition department for full lifecycle LC recruitment.
• Facilitate lead distribution for new hires in the training program.
• Provide training and on-the-job coaching to Loan Consultants.
• Partner with sales leadership, operations, and product teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve conversion, speed, and customer experience.
• Escalate information security and risk management concerns to senior management team.
• Support executive management in ongoing initiatives as assigned.

Sales Training Manager

Account Executive

• Auto Approve provides Loan Consultants with warm leads from motivated customers who have contacted us to save money on their auto loan.
• Loan Consultants are responsible for following up with our customer leads and facilitating the communication between the customer and the lending institution.
• The LC provides the customer with refinancing options, benefits or refinancing, informs the customer about additional ancillary auto protection products we offer, and collects the necessary documentation to fund the loan.
• There is no prospecting or cold calling, all potential customers are already approved for refinancing, and you will explain the benefits, walk them through the process and close!
• This role is Base Salary + Commission.
• An average Loan Consultants can expect to earn $100K a year, and our top 10% are earning $175K+ by helping customers refinance their cars.
• To get there, Auto Approve ensures that our LCs are set up for success from Day-1 with a robust paid training program.

Auto Refi Sales Representative

Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute a full-funnel performance marketing strategy focused on acquisition and lead conversion with a heavy focus on ROI.
• Oversee the company’s digital presence—ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, and compelling storytelling.
• Provide relevant and impactful insights into Auto Approve’s online presence, website, and digital customer experience.
• Lead paid media campaigns across all digital channels, social media, SEO, SEM, etc, with a strict focus on cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Manage and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI across social, search, display, retargeting, and affiliate channels.
• Analyze performance data to drive insights, improve targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
• Partner with creative teams to develop and test high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
• Support affiliate performance and digital partnerships through paid strategies and integrated campaigns.
• Own campaign A/B testing, conversion tracking, attribution setup, and post-campaign analysis.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, digital trends, and emerging ad tech tools to maintain a competitive edge.
• Deep expertise in PPC strategy, including keyword research, compelling ad copywriting, bid strategy management, and ongoing campaign optimization.
• Manage relationships with media vendors, platforms, and affiliate networks.
