💰 $127,500 - $155,000 per year
About the role
- Partner with leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and priorities across North America
- Lead proactive, innovative sourcing and recruitment to attract outstanding talent at all levels
- Design engaging candidate experiences that reflect Auror’s culture of high care and high performance
- Build diverse and inclusive talent pipelines, support internal mobility, and enable growth for existing team members
- Drive Auror’s employer brand and talent community presence in North America
- Own and continuously improve selection processes, assessments, and recruitment technologies
- Coach and upskill leaders on interviewing tactics and decision-making
- Partner with PX teammates and leaders on initiatives across onboarding, DEIB, wellbeing, people development, and workplace experience
- Support North American team with employment agreements, compensation philosophy, and job level strategy
- Partner with leaders on performance management, balancing care, support, and accountability
- Act as trusted advisor on people relations, guiding individuals and leaders through complex conversations
- Ensure compliance with local requirements (health & safety, leave, payroll reporting)
- Streamline and administer people processes to improve the employee experience
- Report to the Director of Talent & PX (Siân Govind) and collaborate with a global PX team
Requirements
- Proven experience leading full-cycle recruitment, from proactive sourcing to creating exceptional candidate experiences
- Experience building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines and supporting internal mobility
- Experience partnering with leaders and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Coaching and upskilling leaders on interviewing tactics and decision-making
- Experience across people experience lifecycle (onboarding, DEIB, wellbeing, people development, workplace experience) or strong recruiting background with PX exposure
- Ability to act as trusted advisor on people relations and navigate complex conversations with care and professionalism
- Experience supporting employment agreements, compensation philosophy, and job level strategy
- Ability to ensure compliance with local requirements (health & safety, leave, payroll reporting)
- Versatility and adaptability in a lean team environment, comfortable with strategic initiatives and hands-on tasks
- Commitment to inclusion and a track record of building diverse teams and inclusive practices
