About the role
- Lead discovery and brainstorming sessions with clients to determine gifting goals
- Partner with internal team members and vendor partners to curate proposals and gifting experiences
- Lead client through selection process including pricing confirmation, proof approval and budget management
- Manage client communication throughout the gifting lifecycle, facilitating meetings and providing consistent updates
- Develop and manage project plans and all associated parties; communicate progress and recommendations
- Manage project budgets and make strategic financial decisions
- Source and manage vendors; control contract negotiations, quality, on-time delivery and brand compliance
- Oversee product fulfillment for quality and accuracy
- Travel approximately 20 percent of the year; long days/light lifting
- Participate in networking and tradeshow events as needed
- Lead or participate in brainstorming sessions and take active role in department meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- 6+ years experience in client-facing role.
- 5+ years experience in promotional products industry.
- Innate curiosity about the gifts industry and trend following
- Able to prioritize and maintain many different projects at once
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work with many different personalities and styles of work
- Accurate and persuasive in all communication
- Inherently positive and approachable
