Technical Support Specialist

Solutions Engineer

• Work directly and independently with Attio’s new customers via video call, email, and live chat to ensure their success with Attio
• Design and develop programs to support customer onboarding at scale e.g., user guides, documentation, onboarding emails, office hours
• Identify accounts where there is opportunity to expand Attio’s impact and footprint, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to nurture that growth
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., support or engineering) to address and resolve customers' product issues
• Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Attio product

Solutions Engineer – Pre and Post-Sales, SMB

IT Support

• Deploy, manage and maintain Attio’s growing fleet of Apple Mac computers, assisting users and troubleshooting issues as required.
• Deploy, manage and maintain IT equipment at Attio’s London office, including equipment related to networking, video conferencing, and event and studio spaces.
• Manage and maintain user accounts across a wide range of SaaS products (including Google Workspace, Okta, Notion and many more), ensuring Attio’s employees have the right tools to be productive, while at the same time keeping Attio’s data secure.
• Maintain compliance evidence of onboarding, offboarding and device management in line with relevant industry certifications.
• Review IT vendor relationships for security and compliance, and maintain appropriate evidence in line with Attio’s ISO 27001 control system.

IT Engineer – Fixed Term Contract

Sales Development Rep

• Hire and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives to consistently hit pipeline goals while identifying the optimal technical solutions for our customers
• Coordinate across Marketing and RevOps to ensure on-brand messaging and operational efficiency and rigor
• Help define and execute on Attio’s go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Account Executives on outreach strategy in the era of AI

SDR Manager

• Customer support excellence: Provide fast, friendly, and technically sound support via email, chat, and video calls — maintaining high CSAT and meeting SLAs across EU and US hours.
• Technical troubleshooting: Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve product issues; document bugs and work closely with our Engineering team to ensure timely resolutions.
• Customer advocacy: Capture and communicate customer feedback, identify recurring pain points, and represent the “voice of the customer” in cross-functional discussions with Product and Engineering.
• Process and knowledge improvement: Contribute to our Help Center, FAQs, and internal documentation in Notion and Guru; refine support processes to make the customer experience even smoother.
• Product mastery: Build and maintain a deep understanding of Attio’s functionality, APIs, and integrations, staying ahead of upcoming releases and new features to support customers with confidence.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
• Consultative guidance: Partner with customers to deeply understand their goals, workflows, and data models. Provide strategic, scalable solutions that go beyond resolving immediate issues — helping them optimise processes, automate intelligently, and realise long-term value from Attio.
