• Contribute across the stack, bringing to bear your high calibre technical expertise in either Backend (Typescript/Node.js/Go/GCP) or Frontend (React), to deliver features end-to-end to our customers.
• Recruit and develop a top-class team of engineers that own a critical area of Attio’s product.
• Design and evolve our technical architecture to support Attio’s rapidly increasing scale.

• Hire and coach a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences with a technical product in both 1:1 settings and through scaled programs
• Drive renewals, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for expansion in partnership with Sales and Product teams
• Establish playbooks, health scoring, and reporting to help the team scale effectively as the customer base grows
• Collaborate closely with partners across Attio in Marketing, Operations, Product and Engineering to solve for our customers’ experience and inform Attio’s product roadmap
• Track and report on key metrics like NRR, churn, onboarding success, and customer satisfaction

• Hire and coach a team of Account Executives to consistently hit revenue and pipeline goals while helping identify the optimal technical solutions for our customers
• Participate in high-impact deals as executive sponsor, driving significant new partnerships for Attio
• Help define and execute on Attio’s go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate closely with partners across Attio in Marketing, Operations, Product and Engineering to solve for our customers’ experience and inform Attio’s product roadmap
