About the role
- Support B2B clients in Catalan and English via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues and guide clients with tailored solutions
- Verify account information and follow compliance guidelines

- Act as a friendly, problem-solving partner to help business clients get the most from the platform
Requirements
- Fluency in Catalan and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Customer support experience is a plus but not required
- Resident of a country within the European Union (work authorization requirement)
- CV must be submitted in English
