• Respond to all customer inquiries within given timescales, efficiently and effectively, and to develop and maintain a full technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
• Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
• Logging of all calls accurately and in line with procedure
• Responsible for maintaining and updating all administration
• Provide support to customers, ensuring clear communication where required
• Show strong listening and comprehension skills to accurately understand consumer concerns
