Customer Service Specialist, German
Atlean WorldCustomer Service Specialist providing customer support in German and English for Atlean World. Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to a multicultural environment in Sofia.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to all customer inquiries within given timescales, efficiently and effectively, and to develop and maintain a full technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
- Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
- Logging of all calls accurately and in line with procedure
- Responsible for maintaining and updating all administration
- Provide support to customers, ensuring clear communication where required
- Show strong listening and comprehension skills to accurately understand consumer concerns
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, in line with brand tone
- Exhibit close attention to detail when documenting cases and following processes
- Be comfortable navigating multiple systems to research information and resolve cases efficiently
- Manage workload effectively while meeting quality, productivity, and compliance KPIs
- Adapt quickly to policy changes and new campaign launches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum C1 German
- Previous experience in customer service, consumer care, and contact center
- Experience handling complaints, escalations, or sensitive consumer cases is an advantage
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational skills
- A minimum typing speed of 20 wpm
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to achieve deadlines
