About the role
- Should have at least 1+ year of UK background check & onboarding experience
- Manage a variety of HR processes per UK/Middle East/North America/Asia Pacific policies
- Proficient in HR processes and SOPs
- Manage & coordinate case management, produce standard correspondence
- Liaise with employees, line managers and HR colleagues
- Work with HR Community and COE’s
- Proactively contribute to department improvements
- Support People’s Hub with ad-hoc projects
- Other duties as requested by HR Team Leader
Requirements
- Experience in HR Shared Services supporting UK background check & onboarding (2 years preferred)
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow
- Good IT skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Fluent English – verbal and written
- Strong administrative ability; manage complex workload
- Front-facing customer service or project experience desirable
- Flexible to work in multiple shifts
- Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum 2 years in HR shared services or similar
