About the role

  • Lead and manage multiple high-priority projects within the Supply Chain function that span across the organization as a whole, including new product launches, strategic partnerships, and technology implementations from a Supply Chain standpoint.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including R&D, Product Development, Marketing, Procurement, Quality, and external partners, to ensure all project tasks are executed in a timely manner.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and monitor progress to meet critical deadlines. Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute-taking, while ensuring clear communication across teams.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for all assigned projects, identifying dependencies, bottlenecks, and potential delays. Proactively address risks to keep projects on track and mitigate impact on timelines.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track tasks, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure transparency, accountability, and timely completion of all work streams by monitoring and adjusting project plans as needed.
  • Ensure that all project tasks align with the broader strategic direction of AG1.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for project updates, keeping leadership and stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow optimizations within the Supply Chain team, ensuring efficient project execution and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Project Management, or related field. DTC experience is a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or a related industry supporting mid or large scale projects working extensively with global cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including product development, procurement, transportation, quality, manufacturing, and logistics and experience working with commercial teams on product launches.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Asana, GEP) and methodologies, with PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus (internal and external) with the ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage risks and resolve problems effectively.
  • Strong risk assessment, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
