About the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects for Corporate Operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Manage organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder impact analyses, and create comprehensive resistance management plans for all projects under your purview.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized frameworks, playbooks, processes, templates, risk registers, assessment protocols and other tools to support scalable advancement of project management maturity.
  • Oversee change management requirements, partnering with project sponsors and stakeholders to architect robust strategies that drive successful adoption and sustainment.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports, empowering them to achieve individual and team objectives while encouraging innovation and best practices.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communications with stakeholders; facilitate cross-functional meetings, status updates, risk and issue tracking, and escalations.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating insights and requirements to foster mutual understanding.
  • Proactively lead risk assessment initiatives and integrate mitigation strategies into every stage of project execution.
  • Develop infrastructure to enable scalability and growth; optimize processes using data insights and proven methods and monitor project governance and compliance.
  • Monitor industry trends and implement new project management tools and technologies to boost efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process optimization, operations, business management or program management.
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years leading and supporting large-scale corporate initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and partnering with various corporate departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments, preferably within a corporate or consulting firm setting.
  • Experience with enterprise-level project governance, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, process improvement, change acceleration, and communications.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong ability to identify operational efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Preferred: Professional project management certification (PMP, PgMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, or similar).
  • Preferred: Expertise in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and governance.
  • Preferred: Training or certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
