- Launch and promote a hypertension asset to Primary Care healthcare professionals
- Develop and demonstrate knowledge of clinical disease states and treatment guidelines
- Effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals
- Execute call plans and Brand Strategy by translating data to actionable insights
- Adapt to and demonstrate a thorough understanding of AZ Selling Model
- Analyze data and trends to build insightful and actionable business plans for assigned territory
- Build relationships and credibility with Primary Care HCPs to position products
- Leverage multiple channels including digital platforms and face-to-face engagements to drive customer interactions
- Drive within assigned territory (field-based role) and adhere to company EV program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0 - 2+ years of demonstrated Sales or B2B, or Commercial experience
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Knowledge of clinical disease states and treatment guidelines
- Ability to effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals
- Ability to execute call plans and translate data to actionable insights
- Proficiency using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals
- Experience selling to general practitioners (GPs) and primary care centers (desirable)
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and primary care operations (desirable)
- Assigned fully electric vehicle (EV) fleet for drivers by end of 2025
