About the role
- Develop and implement company-wide marketing strategies
- Manage an award-winning marketing team and be a key member of Astanza leadership
- Generate leads for the sales team using content marketing, SEO, SEM, and other targeted activities
- Manage product roadmap and marketing launch plans, considering competitive positioning and pricing
- Lead development of marketing collateral (brochures, websites, videos, presentations) and create presentations
- Participate in content creation (webinars, product videos) and represent Astanza at trade shows and industry events
- Budgeting, planning, and activation of event marketing activities at aesthetic shows, tattoo shows, and other events
- Be the subject matter expert for Astanza products and coordinate product training with engineering and clinical teams
- Develop and activate lead capture, lead nurturing, and lead reporting structures
- Work with Jr. Product Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager on product branding, positioning, website updates, and copy
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and share marketplace intelligence
- Lead content marketing team to create blog content, webinars, and product videos
- Lead trade show strategy to raise awareness, generate sales leads, and support sales
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience marketing aesthetic lasers
- Bachelor's Degree (Masters Degree a plus)
- Aesthetic laser marketing experience required
- Confidence building out a lead generation strategy from scratch
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Wordpres
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
