Application Support Developer – Retail Solutions

Sales

• Work with store owners, directors, and managers to grow same store sales.
• Educate the retailer on AWG programs and how to use them.
• Implement department initiatives that help the Fresh Sales department achieve budgeted sales.
• Assist with new store layouts, resets, and special event promotions.
• Build and maintain working relationships with store owners, directors, and store personnel through regular store calls to effectively serve as a business partner.
• Work with the procurement department and stores to implement special sales events.
• Assist stores with the execution of the events to drive same store sales.
• Assist Fresh Sales Manager in putting together department initiatives and a sales plan to achieve budgeted sales.
• Assist stores with resets, remodels, store tagging, and ad writing to achieve effective merchandising and image in the market.
• Work with the customers who are having issues with department sales, and/or profits to implement a plan for improvement as well as assist with the training of new employees.

Sales Specialist

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Perform collection duties related to member/retail customers, ensuring payments are collected/applied timely and accurately, with payment returns and exception handling addressed and/or escalated properly
• Assist in the coordination of shareholder relations activities, including, but not limited to on-boarding, shareholder interactions, shareholder payments, and internal accounting related to shareholder programs

Finance Specialist

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents and application issues independently to ensure maximum system stability and performance.
• Serve as the functional lead and primary technical contact for high-priority support issues within the Retail domain.
• Deliver high-quality technical fixes and maintenance enhancements, on time and on budget.
• Provide accurate estimates for maintenance tasks, bug fixes, and support tickets.
• Build reusable support documentation, knowledge base articles, and materials that enable the AWG community to self-serve.
• Collaborate with customers to understand recurring pain points and desired outcomes to improve the existing user experience and optimize existing code.
• Follow defined protocols to manage vendor relationships and the technology lifecycle for existing Retail systems.
• Participate in a continuous improvement culture, identifying opportunities to proactively optimize existing code and processes and providing/receiving constructive feedback.
• Review peer changes for quality, focusing specifically on safe deployment and verification plans to prevent regressions.

Applications Support Engineer – Retail Applications

Customer Support

• Manage multiple phone calls and emails daily from members while providing excellent customer service.
• Make sure all retail members’ needs are met or exceeded, making sure customers are completely satisfied with the result.
• Assist buyers in effective communication with retail members resolving all retail opportunities.
• Adjusts store orders and SSO reports based on store and buyer requests as needed to ensure retail member needs are met.
• Create handbills as needed for emergency ad products, etc.
• Communicates proactively with buyers on any opportunities affecting member service level and resolving to customer satisfaction.
• Process all ads and promotional information for all ad groups.
• Accurately submits retail pre book orders daily, manage upload process, batching and verifying daily input of orders.

Paralegal

• Assist Chief Legal Officer with all matters, including those related to the board of directors and work in connection to governmental affairs.
• Assist attorneys in the preparation, review, closing and execution of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financing, confidentiality agreements, leases and other real estate transactions and general contracts.
• Conduct thorough due diligence reviews and organize virtual data rooms for corporate projects.
• Work with attorneys on litigation matters that arise out of general corporate functions including basic investigation, document compilation and organization, docketing of deadlines, etc.
• Work independently on specialized projects while collaborating with the in-house team on large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and develop fixes while participating in a shared on-call rotation.

Associate Solutions Developer – Retail Pricing

Systems Engineer

• Application and user administration for PeopleSoft, Syspro, Blackline, and other systems as required, including an understanding of application functionality and data.
• Partner with cross-functional business teams and IT to troubleshoot, research and analyze problems/concerns to resolve issues.
• Prepare special financial reports as requested by management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
