Financial Planning and Analysis

• Prepare the sales, margin and expense budget, coordinating with the responsible departments (3 annual cycles);
• Monitor Actual vs. Budget to identify and understand variances so the budget becomes increasingly accurate;
• Provide support to regional teams, answering budget-related questions and making corrections when necessary;
• Report the official budget to corporate and regional stakeholders;
• Attend results meetings with regional teams to understand the business and stay informed about current and future projects;
• Identify improvement and automation opportunities in the current process and lead projects with the team and/or other departments to implement them.
