About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare the sales, margin and expense budgets, coordinating with the responsible departments (three annual cycles);
  • Monitor Actual vs. Budget to identify and analyze variances so the budget becomes increasingly accurate;
  • Support regional teams by answering budget-related questions and making corrections when necessary;
  • Report the official budget to corporate and regional stakeholders;
  • Attend results meetings with regional teams to understand the business and stay informed about current and future projects;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in the current process and lead projects with the team and/or other areas to implement them.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics and/or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel skills required;
  • Experience in Financial/Strategic Planning (retail experience is a plus);
  • Experience building tools and producing highly complex reports is a plus.
