Act as a business transformation agent, identifying opportunities to generate value, increase productivity, improve efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
Responsible for conducting strategic and operational analyses, structuring continuous improvement initiatives and supporting their implementation across business areas.
Seeking a profile with consultancy-like characteristics combining strategic vision, analytical excellence, ability to solve complex problems and a strong results orientation.
Lead operational and strategic diagnostics to identify performance improvement opportunities.
Map and redesign critical processes to increase productivity, reduce waste and create business value.
Develop and implement continuous improvement programs focused on value capture.
Establish performance indicators and governance mechanisms to monitor results.
Promote a data-driven continuous improvement culture based on business metrics.
Conduct market, competitor, consumer trend and customer behavior analyses.
Structure business cases and recommendations to increase profitability and enable sustainable growth.
Develop strategic plans and transformation roadmaps.
Support executive decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in store operations, logistics, supply chain and corporate areas.
Implement productivity, standardization and operational efficiency initiatives.
Perform root-cause analyses and implement structured action plans.
Support loss management, cost reduction and process optimization programs.
Lead multidisciplinary workstreams.
Structure and monitor timelines, KPIs and action plans.
Facilitate workshops and executive meetings.
Ensure execution and capture of planned benefits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategy consulting, continuous improvement, business transformation or performance management.
Proven track record of leading projects with financial and operational impact.
Experience driving organizational transformation initiatives.
Strong background in Management and Strategy, including strategic planning, performance management, indicators (KPIs and OKRs), Business Transformation, development of business cases and change management.
Hands-on experience in Continuous Improvement using methodologies such as Lean Management, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mining, BPM and structured problem solving.
Knowledge of Analytics and Data, with advanced Excel skills, Power BI or Tableau, Business Analytics, financial modeling, statistical analysis and construction of performance indicators.
Knowledge of key food retail metrics — such as EBITDA, Gross Margin, Out-of-Stock, Inventory Turnover, Breakage and Shrinkage, NPS, Average Ticket, Same Store Sales (SSS), GMROI and Sales per Store productivity — will be considered a differential.
