About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Digital Inventory Management: Ensure stock accuracy between physical stores (São Paulo) and the online channel via ERP.
  • Order Flow Monitoring: Track the order cycle from store picking and packing to final delivery via partners (Loggi, Uber, iFood).
  • Quality Control: Validate product listings, ensuring high-quality photos and accurate information for OTC and controlled medications.
  • Financial Interface: Support reconciliation of marketplace fees, cancellations and returns to ensure accurate closing of the income statement (DRE).
  • Customer Support: Handle resolution of critical logistics issues or order discrepancies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • TOTVS Consinco ERP: Proficiency in inventory, pricing and billing routines (required).
  • E-commerce Platforms: Familiarity with marketplace backoffice (iFood, Uber Direct) or platforms such as VTEX and Janis.
  • Basic Pharmaceutical Legislation: Knowledge of ANVISA regulations for display and transportation of medicines.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel: For analysis of order spreadsheets, income statements (DREs) and operational checklists.
