About the role
- Own the end-to-end development and execution of recruitment strategies to find exceptional GTM talent for Customer Success, Marketing and G&A roles.
- Attract, evaluate and hire top talent for active open roles.
- Build and collate strong talent pools to create infrastructure for future growth.
- Develop processes focusing on highest quality of hire as the company scales.
- Discover and quantify new talent pools and sourcing channels.
- Engage with departmental leaders and hiring managers to expertly qualify requirements.
- Focus on quality and alignment at optimal volume to meet hiring goals.
- Execute sourcing fundamentals including boolean searches, mapping, outreach and screening.
Requirements
- Proven track record as an expert Go To Market Recruiter.
- Proven full cycle GTM hiring experience.
- Experience working across a variety of roles from at least two of G&A, Marketing or Customer Success within a SaaS company.
- Data-driven mindset, able to optimize your workflows balancing diversity, quality and volume.
- Demonstrated experience in creating innovative sourcing strategies that differentiate talent pipelines from inbound attraction and referrals.
- Ability to perform Boolean search and talent mapping activities.
- Ability to qualify requisitions with senior leaders.
- Comfortable with high volumes of outreach and screening calls.
- Strong prioritization of workload.
