Write clear PRDs and user stories; prioritize backlogs; run agile rituals. Define KPIs (e.g., engagement, retention, signal‑to‑noise ratio). Run A/B tests; analyze results; iterate to improve relevance and reduce alert fatigue. Coordinate launches with Product Marketing, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Support. Ensure seamless integration with dashboards, reports, APIs, and third‑party channels.
