Design, develop, evaluate and implement comprehensive training programs for sales and customer-facing teams using adult learning principles
Create eLearning modules, ILT, VILT, microlearning, simulations, assessments, and job aids
Identify training needs through data analysis and continuously improve onboarding curriculum and learning journeys
Use and manage learning platforms (Seismic) to deliver and track training content
Ensure training materials align with product messaging, competitive positioning, and sales processes
Manage multiple training programs simultaneously
Partner with SMEs, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and learning needs
Analyze sales performance data to pinpoint weaknesses and opportunities
Facilitate feedback loops and contribute to the enablement roadmap
Stay current with evolving sales techniques and technologies
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in instructional design, sales training, or enablement
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience designing and delivering learning experiences that drive behavior change and performance improvement
Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theory
Experience supporting sales teams; deep understanding of sales processes, tools, methodologies, buyer’s journey, and sales
Ability to design relevant and effective training programs that address specific sales challenges and pain points
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
Creative and detail-oriented
Seismic experience
Ability to convey complex information clearly
Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus
For virtual remote positions: uninterrupted virtual workspace, family care during business hours, and minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps (hardwire required for call center roles)
