About the role
- Serve as the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for members
- Manage day-to-day operations and communications for own location to ensure a smooth operation
- Represent Industrious in the local Chicago market and actively identify potential members
- Use consultative sales approach to uncover and solve members' needs
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community programming and events
- Collaborate with broader business community and internal teams to deliver exceptional workplace experiences
Requirements
- Must live within an easy commute of Chicago, IL
- In-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week
- Comfortable managing a location and organizing operations and communications
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to identify potential members
- Comfortable speaking with executives (e.g., CEOs) and asking questions
- Event programming and planning experience; able to pull together events
- Energetic, team-oriented, resilient, detail-oriented, willing to perform hands-on tasks
