About the role

- Opportunity for experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive specialising in residential property to join Charity property team
- Work with private client teams and manage a broad caseload of residential property matters
- Support and development opportunities including marketing and business development activities
- Key responsibilities: manage residential property caseload (sales, purchases, transfers of equity, lease extensions); provide legal advice; conduct legal research; draft and review legal documents; liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders; negotiate and resolve issues; ensure compliance; attend clients and team meetings; maintain CPD
Requirements
- Experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, with experience of running caseload
- Solid knowledge of conveyancing processes, property law, and relevant legislation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload efficiently
- IT proficiency, including experience with case management systems and legal research tools
- Previous experience working with case management systems is desirable, but further training will be provided
- A knowledge of conveyancing processes and previous experience in a conveyancing or a similar role
- Previous experience handling own caseload from exchange of contracts to completion
- Some experience in marketing and business development (desirable)
