Learning and Development

• Design, build, and execute high-impact training programs for the CRO organization, including onboarding support with HR, sales methodology, product enablement, and applied benefit end-user campaign-related training.
• Develop scalable learning assets and tools tailored for internal sales, rep agencies, and distributor sales teams.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to align training content with strategic initiatives, product launches, and commercial goals.

Sales Training and Development Manager

Sales Engineer

• Develop and implement a yearly game plan that strengthens the specification position for the entire ASC portfolio, with a focus on all applicable products. Particular attention will be given to proprietary products and their technical specifications to preclude competitive products from use.
• Collaborate with the sales team and Rep Firms to develop a strategic annual target list, aimed at increasing the company’s position at agreed-upon target accounts, including owners, engineers, and selected contractors.
• Develop a complete understanding of product features/benefits, account hierarchy, market and product applications, and technical language/wording.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of specifications as an industry document, including its content and language.
• Stay informed on competitive products and position within the market.

Supply Chain

• Establish and maintain optimal inventory levels for finished goods, balancing demand forecasts, lead times, storage constraints, and carrying costs. Coordinate pre-build strategies to address capacity constraints or extended supplier lead times.
• Monitor and adjust safety stock levels to achieve inventory and service level targets, ensuring alignment with demand variability and supply reliability.
• Lead excess inventory management efforts to enhance overall inventory health by improving turns, reducing days-on-hand, and minimizing excess stock. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement, partnering with demand planning, product management, purchasing, and operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the at-risk inventory process for assigned product categories, performing root cause analysis and collaborating with suppliers and operations to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update master planning data attributes in the planning system (e.g., Blue Yonder) and ERP to ensure accurate and effective supply planning.

• ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Sr. Product Engineer who will be responsible for all sustaining engineering activities for the ASC Engineered Solutions product line to support the company’s strategic initiatives. This individual will manage projects to improve product performance, coordinate product line or accessory additions, facilitate source changes, accommodate regulatory requirements and changes, and new market sales justifications. They will provide technical support of the ASC product line for ASC’s internal and external customer base. This role requires a balance of technical competency and thoughtful commercial / business judgment to drive decision making.
• Manage engineering-related projects: Project management of several small to medium sized projects under the direction of the Sustaining Engineering Manager; Provide project tracking, scheduling, and progress reporting to stakeholders; Identify/resolve project issues and mitigate risks, impediments, and dependencies while working with cross functional teams
