• Use Claude Code, the Anthropic API, and MCP to ship faster than feels reasonable.
• Build internal MCP servers so demo agents can call into mock systems and prospect environments.
• Establish patterns, prompts, tool-use recipes, and eval setups across Solution Engineering.
• Mentor junior Demo Engineers on prototyping, AI-assisted development, and customer communication.
• Pair on hard problems, review code, and unblock the team.
• Help hire future Demo Engineers and partner with Sales leadership on go-to-market alignment.

Staff Demo Engineer

Demo Engineer

IT Support

• Engage mid-cycle on mature opportunities. Lead the next phase of architectural discovery and design, once product fit and executive sponsorship are established.
• Facilitate technical design workshops. Run multi-day workshops with prospect leadership and engineering. Cover current- and target-state architecture, integration, data flows, identity, security, observability, and cutover.
• Produce target-state reference architectures. Deliver reference diagrams, integration patterns, deployment topologies, sequencing plans, and risk registers. Ground each in the prospect’s telephony stack (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Avaya) and digital/messaging platforms.
• Translate ASAPP’s Agentic AI capabilities into concrete integration patterns. Design how ASAPP plugs in: SIP, WebSocket, call transfers, CCaaS event streams, agent desktop embeds, CRM integration, voice/digital handoff, and AI-to-human transitions.
• Prototype to move deals forward. When a technical question is blocking a deal, build a working prototype, custom adapter, or API POC yourself. Move fast rather than wait on engineering.
• Develop reusable patterns. Codify field learnings into reference architectures and design guardrails. Make them reusable across the broader SE and partner ecosystem.
• Bring the field back to product. Surface architectural patterns, gaps, and opportunities to ASAPP Product and Engineering.
• Support customer security review. Partner with ASAPP InfoSec to address enterprise security, privacy, and compliance questions.

Principal Enterprise Architect

Solutions Engineer

• Partner with Account Directors to evangelize, position, and sell the technical and business value of the ASAPP platform
• Lead interactive, collaborative discovery sessions and workshops to understand current technologies, customer’s overall business pain, strategic opportunities, and decision criteria with the C- level sponsor, IT, and the primary decision-maker (CX Leaders, Chief Digital Officer)
• Partner with Account Directors in navigating large enterprise accounts by providing distinct perspectives based on technical experience and domain expertise
• Deliver rich and compelling product demonstrations to educate stakeholder audiences on how ASAPP will solve their specific needs
• Work with customer Product and IT departments to understand and address technical, security, networking, and integration requirements
• Scope, analyze and summarize customer objectives and recommend a comprehensive technical solution that meets business needs
• Act as a bridge between prospects and the ASAPP Product and CX organizations, providing critical market feedback in a quickly evolving space

• Support Strategic Deals Directly. Lead discovery, demos, architecture deep-dives, and POCs for our largest prospects.
• Build the team. Hire, develop, and retain a bar-raising SE team. Set the standard for technical storytelling, discovery rigor, and demo craft.
• Own the technical win. Partner with Sales Leadership on deal strategy. Translate CXP’s capabilities into outcomes that resonate with customer executives.
• Engineer repeatability. Design demos, reference architectures, and POC frameworks that scale without diluting quality.
• Close the loop with Product. Convert competitive signals, gaps, and breakthrough wedges into clear input that shapes the roadmap.
• De-risk the handoff. Set Implementation up to deliver in weeks, not quarters.
• Run the function. Own SE metrics, forecasting inputs and capacity planning.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and lead generation campaigns.
• Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving leads from initial contact to closed deals.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Research potential prospects to understand their business needs and identify market gaps.
