Logistics Services Director

General Counsel

• Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the company’s global privacy and data governance programing.
• Provide expert legal advice on privacy, data protection, AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

• Monitor and interpret AI legal and regulatory developments, and develop internal guidance/training aligned to best practices, frameworks, and evolving global and U.S. state automated decision-making laws.
