Account Manager - Inside Sales
Arrow ComponentsAccount Manager in Service Provider Sales at Arrow ECS, focusing on Managed Services. Responsible for customer relationships, market development, and achieving sales targets.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overall responsibility for managing and selling our Service Provider portfolio to assigned partners
- Acquisition, development and strategic growth of customer relationships
- Identification and development of new market segments within the Managed Service Provider environment
- Analyze partners' growth potential and develop and implement strategies to realize it
- Responsibility for the revenue and profitability development of the product segment
- Cross-selling and account penetration in line with the Arrow xSP (MSP/CSP) portfolio
- Establish and maintain contacts with key stakeholders at our vendors/manufacturers
- Regular participation in partner events organized by Arrow or the vendor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the Managed Service Provider area
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales
- IT product and market knowledge, particularly in Managed Services
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Independent, responsible and structured working style
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong team player
