About the role
- Establish and grow relationships with carrier partners to service customers’ needs.
- Build new relationships with carrier partners across the country.
- Manage carrier partners identified during training and procure new relationships.
- Collaborate with Business Development team to find solutions for clients.
- Deliver best-in-class service measured by KPIs (on-time deliveries, proactive tracking, outbound calls).
- Participate in classroom training and mentorship; learn company technology (ARRIVEnow) and industry.
- Earn industry certifications to source capacity for different service offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with an emphasis on Business or a related field.
- Eager to contribute to a high-energy environment and build career in an office.
- Strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and face-to-face).
- Able and excited to build relationships with a wide variety of people (peers, truck drivers, dispatchers, business leaders).
- Willingness to complete training and earn industry certifications.
- Ability to be measured on KPIs like on-time deliveries, proactive tracking, and outbound calls.
