• Act as the point of contact for all Customer and Partner analytics needs.
• Own and manage metrics, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
• Drive the analytics discussion internally with departments leadership and operations.
• Respond to and deliver ad hoc reporting requests.
• Responsible for collaborating with leaders to gather all necessary data for quarterly business reviews, business plans, and other strategic data initiatives.
• Present and explain changes in key performance indicators to key stakeholders, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct deep dives into drivers of performance (renewal rates, churn, partner performance across sales cycle, etc.).
• Create, support, and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards (BI solution), by working closely with Operations and Data Engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Applications, Operations, Sales, etc.

DevOps Engineer

• Interact across Success/Sales teams and development teams at the peer level as part of the customer onboarding process
• Expedite the deployment process of the Armis platform, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to create and execute deployment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
• Provide expert support, in-depth analysis, and research to address complex issues related to deploying sophisticated cybersecurity infrastructures
• Maintain a high level of technical proficiency and hands-on expertise with the Armis products and solutions deployed within the customer’s network
• Work in collaboration with the Armis success team to refine and translate complex requirements and execute best practice solutions
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the best placement and setup for collection devices
• Plan and execute the onsite and/or remote deployment of Armis collectors at various client locations
• Ensure the customer deployments and configurations align with business use cases as defined by the Success team and drive Armis adoption and implementation plans
• Conduct system assessments and compatibility checks to ensure successful integration with existing client infrastructures
• Provide on-site and remote technical support during deployment, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively
• Develop and maintain comprehensive deployment documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting manuals, and user guides
• Train clients' technical staff on the operation and maintenance of integrated systems

Deployment Engineer

Program Manager

• A POV Program Manager oversees and coordinates the POV (proof of value) output to achieve strategic organizational goals and ensure alignment with business objectives, delivering business value.
• The POV Program Manager organizes POV output, gathering, documenting, prioritizing, championing, and analyzing for trends across the pre-sales POV lifecycle. They focus on the bigger picture, and ensure the prospect needs are met.
• The POV Program Manager will programmatically ensure POVs are set up for success and POV output is prioritized for Product consumption and final resolution. They will act as the central point of contact and coordination for internal stakeholders (SEs, AEs, DA, CS, Product), providing updates related to the technical issues raised during the POV process. They will be the mediator between SE and Product.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Support SEs for new POVs. Organize, maintain, and timeline POV integration requests to align with the POV.
• Manage POV Output. Gather, organize, and track POV bugs and FRs using standard prioritization methods.
• Track Contract Promises. Track, communicate progress, and ensure on-time delivery of FRs associated with contractual obligations.
• Escalate Highest Priority Issues. Develop a process to highlight critical priority issues for Product in real time.
• Ensure Product Team Alignment. Using ACV, number of prospects affected, and expected/promised dates, communicate priority of bugs and FRs to Product for planning and resolution.
• Bridge the Pre-sales to Post-sales Gap. Manage the transition of information from POV to Delivery Assurance and Customer Success.
• Drive POV Dashboard Analytics & Reporting. Work with the analytics team to understand POV bug and FR trending so Product can focus on the greatest needs.
• Process Development. Develop processes to gather POV product issues from multiple sources and educate teams on proper usage.

POV Program Manager

• Armis Deployment Engineer responsible for rapidly deploying the Armis platform for customers and accelerating time-to-value
