About the role
- Support the Operations Leadership team in tracking and analyzing performance across key metrics (e.g., project outcomes, staffing, clinical efficiency)
- Assist in improving systems and workflows that help Arine’s Delivery teams operate at scale
- Help coordinate projects and processes involving cross-functional teams like Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success
- Maintain and update internal documentation on workflows and standard operating procedures
- Assist in the management and administration of tools used by the Operations teams (e.g., telephony, SMS, IVR platforms)
- Pull and organize operational data to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making
- Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure Clinical, Implementation and Tech Support team success
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes and tools
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in an operations, project coordination, or analyst role - experience in healthcare or technology is a plus
- A curious and proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Basic analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or other data tools
- Familiarity with task/project management tools like Jira, Smartsheets, Asana, or similar
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay flexible in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in healthcare innovation and improving population health through technology
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States
