• Lead, mentor, and grow a backend engineering team focused on integrations
• Define technical direction, best practices, and quality standards for integration services
• Partner with Product and Clinical teams to translate integration needs into scalable solutions
• Oversee development and maintenance of Arine’s Mailroom service, including connections with multiple third-party mail providers
• Manage the Faxroom service, integrating with multiple HIPAA-compliant fax providers
• Drive customer SSO integrations, including federated user provisioning with AWS Cognito and other identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, etc.)
• Lead efforts for EHR integrations, with a particular focus on Epic and other leading health record systems

• Ensure services are secure, reliable, and performant within Arine’s AWS Lambda environment
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for integrations to meet SLA and compliance needs (HIPAA, HITRUST)
• Work with DevOps and Security teams to ensure best practices in IAM, Secrets Management, and PHI handling
• Serve as both people manager and technical leader—mentoring engineers, shaping technical direction, and occasionally contributing code to guide architectural patterns and quality standards

Backend Engineering Manager – Integrations

Product Manager

• Report into the product team and play a key part in shaping the product strategy, design, and processes that drive Arine's core enterprise solutions.
• Focus on mastering and optimizing user workflows within Arine’s portal to reduce workflow execution time and elevate user satisfaction for patients and care teams.
• Deeply understand, map, and continuously improve the end-to-end workflows within Arine’s portal; identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and drive initiatives to streamline processes.
• Gather user feedback, analyze usage data, and collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure workflows are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to user needs.
• Contribute to translating Arine’s strategic vision into a cohesive product roadmap with a strong focus on workflow efficiency and user-centric design.
• Work closely with Arine’s clinical team to ensure workflow improvements support better health outcomes and differentiate solutions.
• Use data-driven insights and market analysis to help prioritize features that drive workflow efficiency, maximize value for users, and deliver on product KPIs.
• Synthesize client and user needs into clear, actionable requirements for the engineering team.

Product Manager, Outcomes

Product Manager, ETL/Data

• Design and extend services supporting document generation workflows using ReportLab
• Architect and build scalable services using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, and DynamoDB, ensuring integration across backend and frontend systems
• Contribute to React frontend development for portal products and internal administration tools, with state management using Redux Toolkit (RTK) Query

• You’ll be consultative in your approach to convert customer vision into actionable account strategies, closing multi year contracts for 5 expansion upsell/cross-sell opportunities in your first 12 months.

Enterprise Sales Executive, Expansion

• About the role: We are looking for an experienced business development executive to join our large enterprise segment (over 5,000 lives). You’ll contribute to Garner’s sales and revenue functions, including managing partnerships and all day-to-day sales activities.
• This position is fully remote.
• What you will do: Build out Garner’s large enterprise channel by way of direct to employer, brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers (as needed); Own the direct sales cycles and deploy sales objectives through the preparation and measuring of sales quotas, prospecting and pipeline management; Keep current with market knowledge and competitor products to effectively communicate the value proposition of a relationship with Garner; Support the development of new, strategic, broker relationships and influence the buying decision; Provide regular performance reviews, feedback, and professional development opportunities for the sales team to drive individual and collective success.

• Compensation Transparency: The target base salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $190,000 annually. This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
