About the role

  • Contribute to user engagement and training
  • Provide user support in areas of time tracking, resource management, data integrity and visualisations
  • Support the administration team in developing in-house skills to fully support the application and achieve configuration extensions
  • Support the translation of business needs and ICT processes to the Planisware platform
  • Tailor existing default workflows and develop additional workflows to support business processes
  • Support testing of application robustness and administer parallel non-production systems
  • Provide expert technical advice and assistance for optimising the configuration of Planisware PPM for ICT
  • Hide or deactivate modules and functions not used and tailor variables/fields to match client ICT landscape
  • Provide insight on use of additional Planisware modules included in licenses for future deployment phases
  • Apply best practices from use of the specific suite in other enterprise environments
  • Identify and provide high-level description of functional and non-functional requirements and technical requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree plus 10 years of relevant experience
  • At least 9 years of experience in Project Management
  • PM Certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI PMP, PM2 Certified or similar
  • At least 9 years of experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams in international ICT project environments
  • Proven ability to coordinate and align diverse team efforts to deliver complex projects
  • At least 9 years of experience presenting complex ICT project plans, progress reports, and outcomes in English to stakeholders
  • Managed minimum 5 end to end projects involving COTS software deployments, Cloud deployment, incremental software delivery, ICT infrastructure deployment, and/or service integration with external parties
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an international environment and/or 2 years in EU institutions or bodies
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a highly regulated environment, preferably public/government
  • Minimum 5 years experience with standard project management tools such as MS Project
  • Good knowledge of planning and estimation techniques
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint timelines and schedule visuals
  • English language proficiency (presentation to stakeholders in English)
  • Desirable: structured approach to incremental software integration projects and experience with system integrators
  • Desirable: enterprise service bus integration with internal and external services
  • Desirable: good knowledge of infrastructure projects (virtual infrastructure, connectivity, environments)
  • Desirable: good knowledge of Public IT procurement, (EU) tendering processes and contract management throughout project lifecycles
