About the role

  • Drive end-to-end management of network infrastructure projects from initiation to closure
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Apply Waterfall methodology as the primary framework while integrating Agile practices where beneficial
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on goals, progress, and expectations
  • Ensure adherence to security, operational, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on network infrastructure
  • Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
  • Strong knowledge of Waterfall project management; familiarity with Agile practices is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of networking and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS), including deployment and operations
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Nice to have: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Nice to have: Experience in large-scale, enterprise-level IT infrastructure projects
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise security best practices
