Senior Product Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, build, and own mobile application architecture, selecting appropriate libraries and tools to ensure our products are robust, scalable, and secure.
• Lead by example by writing clean, high-quality, and well-tested React Native code.
• Establish and document coding standards, and incorporate the organisation’s automated testing frameworks to enable a quality-first culture.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, QA, Designers, and other Engineers and Tech Leads to align technical direction with product strategy and the organisation’s API strategy.

Customer Success Manager

• Work with highest-value customers (named top-tier accounts) to define agreed outcomes and create detailed Success Plans

Product Engineer, PHP

Support Engineer

• Part of a small, named team supporting Advanced Support customers via calls and emails and delivering Arbor's Advanced Support package
• Meet target response and resolution times for Advanced Support SLAs
• Visit schools to deliver in-person Advanced Support “surgery” days (each school allocated one day a year)
• Deliver 1-1 half-termly troubleshooting webinars and help build out 10 custom reports per year
• Become an expert in supporting secondary schools on Arbor
• Support 1st and 2nd line teams when required
• Keep Gainsight up to date with kick off calls and success plan milestones
• Provide support for complex service requests regarding Arbor
