About the role
- Develop and cultivate relationships with payers and risk-based healthcare providers
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities that allows you to beat your quota consistently
- Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closing
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, providing insight into how Arbital Health helps them optimize their value-based care agreements
- Work collaboratively with product, marketing, and actuary teams; establish yourself as a key expert voice in our market
- Identify, win, and expand customers for Arbital Health; drive revenue growth as an early go-to-market team member
Requirements
- 8+ years of selling enterprise technology soliutions experience
- Startup experience - you understand the pace and expectations of building a new business
- Experience with payer and provider buying cycles
- Preferred experience with value-based care contracts/arrangements
- Comfortable operating with autonomy amidst ambiguity, and open to manage-up to leaders and seek coaching and mentorship rather than daily management
- You are strategic, driven, and very entrepreneurial
- You are a strong communicator and a quick learner, and can articulate complex data-based concepts clearly
- You are organized and understand the importance of maintaining accurate data and value an analytical approach to your work
- You have a track record of exceeding sales goals
