About the role

  • Lead new business pursuits with Higher Education prospect clients
  • Work closely with Sales and Facilities Leadership Teams in developing overall sales strategies
  • Drive sales process leadership from prospecting contact through strategy, proposal, presentation and successful closure of Integrated Facilities Services project
  • Create and develop relationships with Higher Education prospects/clients
  • Research, identify, qualify, and target potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key prospect/client personas
  • Influence and develop team members without formal authority
  • Represent Aramark Facilities Services in the marketplace at various industry organizations and events

Requirements

  • BA/BS is required for this position
  • MBA favorable
  • 5 years of solution-based selling experience
  • Knowledge of CRM systems - preferably Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Computer skills, including proposal development
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of custodial and maintenance services
