Lead new business pursuits with Higher Education prospect clients
Work closely with Sales and Facilities Leadership Teams in developing overall sales strategies
Drive sales process leadership from prospecting contact through strategy, proposal, presentation and successful closure of Integrated Facilities Services project
Create and develop relationships with Higher Education prospects/clients
Research, identify, qualify, and target potential clients
Develop and maintain relationships with key prospect/client personas
Influence and develop team members without formal authority
Represent Aramark Facilities Services in the marketplace at various industry organizations and events
Requirements
BA/BS is required for this position
MBA favorable
5 years of solution-based selling experience
Knowledge of CRM systems - preferably Salesforce
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Presentation skills
Computer skills, including proposal development
Demonstrates a solid understanding of custodial and maintenance services
