About the role
- Take ownership of Financial Systems product line
- Define, prioritize, translate, and oversee new features and enhancements
- Collaborate with Development team on system design, business analysis, and deployment of new functionalities
- Create Statement of Work for new features or products
- Participate in pre-sales process during RFP’s, demos, and contract negotiations
- Ensure delivery plans are in place and backlog issues are prioritized
- Represent Emphasys at industry and user conferences
Requirements
- Financial services domain expertise
- Strong understanding of complex systems and client needs
- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, or in Implementation, Client Success, or Business Analysis
- Knowledge of public housing or government-funded programs is an asset
- Strong technical understanding of browser-based systems, architecture, and SQL
- Experience in modernization projects
