About the role
- Lead supply chain finance teams in executing planning and reporting cycles
- Deliver comprehensive financial reports with variance analysis
- Drive process automation to enhance transparency and streamline reporting across the supply chain function
- Manage planning, forecasting, and pacing activities
- Foster engagement with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate financial positions
- Own the consolidation and analysis of financial data for the supply chain’s Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) and Weekly Operating Reviews (WORs)
- Lead planning, forecasting, and pacing efforts for the supply chain function
- Apply FLIGHT DECK methodologies to drive continuous improvement across all financial processes within the supply chain
- Collaborate across supply chain teams to lead or support special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university
- 6+ years of FP&A/Supply Chain Finance experience
