Develop and execute a Colombia-specific talent acquisition strategy and build Aprio’s employer brand.
Establish recruiting processes and build talent acquisition operations in Colombia as the first TA hire in the market.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: source candidates, manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, and maintain an active talent pipeline.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to advise on hiring needs and position Aprio for success in the market.
Manage candidate flow within the ATS, ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws, and champion a data-driven approach to recruiting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, accounting/finance, or a fast-growing business environment.
Proven track record in hands-on recruitment and building recruiting operations.
Strong networking, influencing, and consultative skills with the ability to partner at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of Colombian labor laws and recruiting compliance.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
