About the role

  • Develop and execute a Colombia-specific talent acquisition strategy and build Aprio’s employer brand.
  • Establish recruiting processes and build talent acquisition operations in Colombia as the first TA hire in the market.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: source candidates, manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, and maintain an active talent pipeline.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to advise on hiring needs and position Aprio for success in the market.
  • Manage candidate flow within the ATS, ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws, and champion a data-driven approach to recruiting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, accounting/finance, or a fast-growing business environment.
  • Proven track record in hands-on recruitment and building recruiting operations.
  • Strong networking, influencing, and consultative skills with the ability to partner at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Colombian labor laws and recruiting compliance.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Client-service mindset with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
